Not Your Daughter's Yoga

  • Every Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

  • Exercises are done standing or seated on a chair
  • Loose comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended

Balance & Stability

  • Low-level exercises and stretches to improve balance, stability, posture, gait, flexibility and strength
  • Weekly classes on Wednesdays at 1:15 p.m.
