Refrigerators, Air Conditioners, Freezers, or White Goods


Special arrangements must be made for pick up of these items. Call 973-593-3088. A charge of $25 for refrigerators/freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, dishwashers, stoves, washers, dryers, metal sinks, hot water heaters, etc. is required. Payment is required in advance. Pick up occurs on Fridays, except on Holidays when it will be picked up on a Thursday.

Motor Oil, Tires & Batteries


Motor oil, used tires, and car batteries can be properly disposed of through the Morris County Household Waste program.

Household Hazardous Waste


The Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority offers 3 household hazardous waste collection days in eastern Morris County (usually on a Saturday in April and September). The county also has a permanent site located in Flanders with appointments available throughout the year to bring materials there. You must make an appointment to bring hazardous waste to this facility.
