The administrative services play a vital role in the Madison Police Department. Regular office hours are 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Administrative Services Staff are civilian employees and follow the observed holidays that all other borough employees follow.
They handle a multitude of tasks including but not limited to:
Issuing temporary handicap placards
Sale of residential, commercial, merchant and tenant parking permits
Processing of firearms ID cards and permits to purchase handgun applications.
Residential alarm and billing
Verification of incident letters
Transcription of police officers reports, voluntary statements
Letters of good conduct
Fingerprinting (Federal prints only)
