8th Annual QuestCares Charity Softball Game

The Borough of Madison will compete against Quest Diagnostics in the 8th annual QuestCares Charity Softball Game on Wednesday, September 21st at 5:30 p.m. at Dodge Field in Madison.
Enjoy music from Drew University’s a capella groups, face painting, and games while the Borough of Madison fights to defend their title. A barbecue buffet will be available for a suggested donation of $5 per person. “I’m looking forward to the Madison community supporting this great event and cheering on the teams especially after last year's exciting game,” says Mayor Conley.
This year’s game will benefit the Madison Area YMCA Kirby Center, a childcare and childhood development center serving infants, toddlers, preschoolers and school-age children.
The QuestCares Annual Charity Softball Game is also the founding place for the Chief Executive Council for Madison (CECM). The CECM includes senior leaders from government, business and academia for collective impact chaired by Quest Diagnostics CEO Steve Rusckowski along with Madison Mayor Bob Conley, and Drew University President Dr. Maryann Baenninger.
The QuestCares team has been raising money for the American Cancer Society for the past four years. During that time, Quest employees have raised more than $5 million for this great cause.  Through Quest’s partnership with the Madison community, more than $26,000 has been raised through the annual softball games; this money benefits the community as well as local and national nonprofit organizations.
