    Whereas, Chapter 231 of the Public Laws of the State of New Jersey for 1975, known as and designated as the "Open Public Meetings Act", requires notification of meetings of public bodies, as therein defined, in the manner therein set forth. Now, therefore, be it resolved, by the Borough of Madison Board of Health regular meetings of the Board of Health shall be held at 7:30 P.M., at the Board's offices at 28 Walnut Street, Madison, New Jersey, on the third Tuesday of each month, and special meetings will be called as needed.

    In compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act, the Borough of Madison issues this notification of 2019 regularly scheduled meetings. The Mayor and Council of the Borough of Madison in the County of Morris and State of New Jersey will meet on the second and fourth Mondays of each month, except as noted*, in the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building, 50 Kings Road in the Borough of Madison. The Regular Meeting will be called to order and begin with an Executive Session at 7:00 p.m., in the Committee Room, 2nd Floor, Hartley Dodge Memorial; the meeting will reopen to the public at 8:00 p.m. or as soon as practical thereafter and continue in the 2nd Floor Council Chamber where official action may be taken.

Kevin Woyce will tell the stories of how and why the most famous bridges were built, including the High Bridge of the Croton Aqueduct, the Brooklyn, Manhattan, Williamsburg, Queensboro, and Triborough Bridges, and the George Washington Bridge. The program is illustrated with original photographs and historic images of Manhattan’s iconic bridges—past and present—and of the city they helped to shape. Jane is the editor of Butterfly Gardener magazine and former director of the Butterfly Garden and Habitat Program for the North American Butterfly Association. She has spent decades observing and writing about the interface of butterflies and gardens. The Regular meetings of the Planning Board for the year 2019 shall be held on the First Tuesday and Third Tuesday of each month. In the month of January and November, the regular meeting will be held on the third Tuesday only. In the month of December, the regular meeting will be held on the first Tuesday of the month only. The meetings will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Court Room/Meeting Room, 50 Kings Road, Madison, New Jersey unless otherwise noted. Official action may be taken.
