The Thursday Morning is presenting to the public, "Both Sides Now- a Journey from Researcher to Patient" as part of the Wise Wonderful Women Luncheon and Lecture Series on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at the Madison Community House, 25 Cook Avenue, at 11:30 AM.
Dr. Alice Lazzarini, Ph.D., author, genetic counselor and researcher of Parkinson's Disease, will chronicle her journey from a sheltered childhood to successful career in a male-dominated field. She will also share how she transitioned from Parkinson Disease researcher to patient, using her humor and respect which she naturally connects to people. Reservations are required and can be made by calling the MCH at 973-377-0244 or by visiting the TMC website: TMCMCH.org. The cost of the combined lecture and luncheon is $35.00 and is payable by using a credit card, cash or check. Checks should be made payable to TMC with a notation referencing Wise Wonderful Women.
