Now, therefore, be it resolved, by the Borough of Madison Board of Health regular meetings of the Board of Health shall be held at 7:30 P.M., at the Board's offices at 28 Walnut Street, Madison, New Jersey, on the third Tuesday of each month, and special meetings will be called as needed.

Author Paul Kahan will be at the library discussing his book on one of Philadelphia's most well known landmarks, the Eastern State Penitentiary. Paul Kahan presents the history of this revolutionary penitentiary, from its inception as a model of the revolutionary Pennsylvania System of incarceration in 1829 to the demands for its closure in the wake of ever-increasing violence in 1971. Space in the program is limited and is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so please register ASAP. The program consists of 5 Friday trips to Mt. Peter in Warwick, NY with a bonus 6th trip (barring weather cancellations).
