Yardwaste collection has been postponed from March 17th to March 31st because of snow.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that all residents of the Borough of Madison are invited to a Special Public Information Meeting called by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Madison for Thursday, March 20, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Court Room, First Floor, West Wing of the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building, Kings Road, in the Borough of Madison to review certain Capital Projects. FURTHER NOTICE, that a presentation will include recent plans, specifications and estimates in order to illustrate the scope of work and design intent; and interested parties will have an opportunity for comment upon the projects presented. FURTHER NOTICE, that documents pertaining to the above Capital Projects are on file and available for public inspection at the Office of the Borough Engineer, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., second floor, Hartley Dodge Memorial. FURTHER NOTICE, that no official action will be taken at this meeting.
The Board of Trustees meeting scheduled for Thursday, March 13 to begin at 7:30 pm has been rescheduled to begin at 6pm. An Executive Session will be held at 6pm followed by the Public Session anticipated to begin at 8pm.
Due to the coming weather, the District 1A garbage pickup for Monday, March 3 is being rescheduled to Tuesday March 4th. All other garbage and recycling pickups (including Monday recycling) are on the regular pickup schedule. Please monitor Rosenet for updates.

The Regular Meeting, including an Executive Session and Public Meeting, of the Board of Trustees of the Free Public Library of the Borough of Madison scheduled for Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 7:30 pm has been cancelled due to the anticipated weather conditions. The meeting has been rescheduled to Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 9:30 am in the Library Director's office. The agenda will include the Executive Session, Treasurer's Report, as well as reports of the President, Library Director and several committees.
The Sustainable Madison Advisory Committee meeting that had been scheduled for 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, February 19, 2014 in the Committee Room at the Borough Hall.
