3 Copies of existing floor plan & proposed floor plan stapled in sets.

Name & address must appear on top sheet of plan.

Label the use of each room (i.e. Laundry room, play room, game room, etc.)

Show framing detail of a typical wall section.

Must fire block perimeter & must use pressure treated plates or equal.

Indicate smoke & carbon monoxide detector location.

Wiring diagram is required.

If a bath, wet bar or piping relocation is proposed, a plumbing riser diagram is required.
