The Madison Public Library Board of Trustees invites the public to attend a Town Hall Meeting on Thursday, October 18 at 7:30 pm. Trustees and staff will present the Library's Strategic Plan 2012 - 2015 in the Library's Chase Auditorium.
The Madison Public Library will be closed Monday, October 8, Columbus Day. The morning Minicourse will be held in the Chase Auditorium. Weekend hours are 10 am to 5pm on Saturday and 2 -5pm on Sunday.
The Madison Public Library will be closed Saturday, September 1 through Monday, September 3 to celebrate the Labor Day weekend. Sunday hours (2 - 5 pm) will resume Sunday, September 9.
The Library Board of Trustees does not meet in August. The next regular meeting has been rescheduled to Monday, September 10 at 7:30 pm in the Library Director's office.
The Madison Public Library will be closed Wednesday, July 4.
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Free Public Library of the Borough of Madison scheduled for Thursday, June 14, 2012 will begin at 6 pm rather than the 7:30 pm advertised start time. The agenda will include a presentation by the strategic planning consultants to the Board of Trustees and Advisory Strategic Planning Committee. Other agenda items include the Treasurer's Report, reports of the President, Library Director and several committees.
The Madison Public Library will be closed Saturday, May 26; Sunday, May 27 and Monday, May 28 for the Memorial Day weekend.
The Regular Meeting of the Madison Public Library Board of Trustees originally scheduled for Thursday, May 10 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, May 16 at 7pm. The meeting will be held in the Library Director's office.
The Madison Public Library will be closed Friday, April 6 through Sunday, April 8.
You are invited to participate in the Library's strategic planning process. A Town Meeting will be held in the Library's Chase Auditorium on Thursday, March 29 at 7pm. Survey forms will also be available soon on the Library's website and in the Library. Your input is important as we plan for the Library's future.
