Council Meeting Time Change

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN TIME OF REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL ON MAY 14, 2012 NOTICE, that the Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Madison, County of Morris and State of New Jersey, scheduled for May 14, 2012 is rescheduled from 7 p.m. to begin at 5 p.m. for a presentation on Payments in Lieu of Taxes(PILOT). The Mayor and Council will adjourn to the regularly scheduled Executive Session immediately following the presentation. The public session of the Regular Meeting will reconvene at the usual time of 8 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Council Chamber, 50 Kings Road in the Borough of Madison. Special Meeting of the Mayor & Council

NOTICE, that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Madison in the County of Morris and State of New Jersey have scheduled a Special Meeting to discuss the 2012 Municipal Budget for Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Council Chamber, Hartley Dodge Memorial Building, Kings Road. The Agenda will consist of, but not be limited to, the 2012 Municipal budget and final adjustments to the budget document. The Special Meeting will be called to order and begin with an Executive Session at 7:00 p.m., in the Committee Room, 2nd Floor, Hartley Dodge Memorial; the meeting will reopen to the public at 7:30 p.m. or as soon as practical thereafter and continue in the 2nd Floor Council Chamber. Revaluation Information Meeting

NOTICE, that all residents of the Borough of Madison are invited to a Special Public Information Meeting called by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Madison for Monday, February 27, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Council Chamber of the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building, Kings Road, in the Borough of Madison. Details of the revaluation process and why this process is being conducted will be discussed. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and will have an opportunity to be heard. FURTHER NOTICE, that the Mayor and Council will immediately adjourn to an executive session following the scheduled public information meeting. The Agenda will consist of, but not be limited to, one contract matter, two personnel matters and one litigation matter. The public session of the Regular Meeting will reconvene at the usual time of 8:00 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Council Chamber.

The following meeting has been cancelled NOTICE, that the Mayor and three Members of the Council of the Borough of Madison will join members of the Madison Board of Education at a Special Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. in the Trustees Room at the Hartley Dodge Memorial Building, 50 Kings Road, Madison

The final budget hearing and adjustments will be on 2/27/12 following the revaluation presentation.

The Regular Meeting will reconvene at the usual time of 8:00 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Council Chamber, 50 Kings Road in the Borough of Madison. FURTHER NOTICE, that Executive Session discussions will include, but not be limited to review of Executive Minutes, four Personnel Matters, six Contract Matters and one Litigation Matter.
