RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING BOARD OF THE BOROUGH OF MADISON, COUNTY OF MORRIS, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, ESTABLISHING A REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE FOR THE PLANNING BOARD DURING THE YEAR 2013 and JANUARY 2014

                NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning Board of the Borough of Madison, in the County of Morris and the State of New Jersey as follows:

                PURSUANT TO the Open Public Meetings Act approved October 21, 1975, as Chapter 231, P.L. 19715, known as and hereinafter designated as the “Open Public Meetings Acts” aforesaid, the Planning Board of the Borough of Madison hereby gives notice that it will meet on each of the dates set forth below, at the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Room # 140, 50 Kings Road, Madison, New Jersey.

                The Regular meetings of the Planning Board for the year 2013 shall be held on the First Tuesday and Third Tuesday of each month.  The meetings will be held at 7:30 p.m. in the Hartley Dodge Memorial, Court Room/Meeting Room, 50 Kings Road, Madison, New Jersey.
