One-Dish Salads
for Easy Suppers
With the arrival of spring, spending time in the kitchen loses its appeal. Jessica Guarnieri, RD from Shop Rite of Chatham, will share ideas for one-dish salads that are nutritious and tasty so you have more time to be outside enjoying the weather. Lunch is included. The program begins at 12:00 on Monday, May 20 and pre-registration is required by calling973-593-3095

Senior Heath & Fitness Day
Wednesday, May 29
On May 29 the Rose City Steppers invite all residents to come for a short walk at 6:30pm beginning in the parking lot behind the Civic Center, and then join the group for refreshments and a presentation on exercise and balance by Matthew Riordan.
Mr. Riordan is a physical therapist whose practice, Professional Physical Therapy and Training, LLC, is located at the Madison Area YMCA. His lively, engaging, helpful presentations are always a favorite at Stepper events.
A DAY OF SERVICE
FOR SENIORS
On Friday, May 31 Madison High School students and teachers will be fanning out around town between the hours of 8:00am and 2:00pm to help seniors with tasks around the house or property.
You must pre-register by completing a form available at the senior center reception desk no later than May 15 to be included on the list. Suggested chores: planting, weeding, raking, picking up branches, trimming, setting up outdoor furniture, moving furniture, cleaning windows, dusting and vacuuming. There is no charge, just a great opportunity to meet some caring kids.
