This 3,000 sq. ft. facility on the ground floor of Building ’A’ fronting on Kings Road will be leased to the borough on a thirty-year lease for $1.00 a year.
Equipped with a projector, restrooms, a dressing room, a ticket booth area, and a large performance space, which opens out to a large patio area with an outdoor stage, the approximate capacity of the space is as follows:
Seated at tables: 100
Seated theater style: 150
Standing only: 250
