Zoning Office

The Zoning Department is responsible for administering and enforcing the Borough's Zoning, Subdivision, Site Plan Ordinances and Permits.  The staff is available to answer any questions and assist residents who wish to apply for Zoning. The department is staffed with a Zoning Officer, Deputy Zoning Officer, and Administrative Official who work together to review all Zoning Permits applications to ensure compliance with the Zoning Ordinance.

The following residential improvements require that a Zoning Permit Application be made, new dwelling, addition, detached garage, deck, patio, driveway, fence, shed, pool, hot tub, air-conditioning (new & replacement), generators, dumpsters, and other improvements.

The following commercial improvements require that a Zoning Permits Application be made for change in tenancy, change in use, change in ownership, and temporary/permanent sign permits.
